I was originally going to try and attempt to resolve the issues on my MacBook myself, but after reading all of the tips and tricks by NerdzToo (and seeing the before and after pics of dusty desktops). I was sold on getting expert advice and service from them. I sent an inquiry at 0600. They responded a minute or two after. Dialogue continued, an appointment was schedule, drop off was convenient, and pickup was as promised. My laptop feels like it’s brand new again! Customer service is AWESOME (Thank you, Michael)!!! I really liked the fact they generate a service ticket which keeps you up to date on the status of your repair via email. You can even use PayPal for payment! Highly recommend them!
